Have not seen where other carriers are emphasizing this going out with PDP and MAPD materials, including Scope of Appointment.
Why is Only Humana Requiring a Non-discrimination Notice?

Are you referring to it being in the sales kit along with the Star Rating sheet, etc., or something else? I haven't seen a Humana kit this year.

They sent out an email memo about this, and now include it as a 2 page/folded SOA packet, and the email had a chart showing when the non-discrimination notice needs to be given to Medicare beneficiaries we meet/have as clients.

They are not the only carrier that is emphasizing it. Evidently it is a CMS emphasis this year.

Just printed new Aetna star rating, the notice is on p. 2. I am now going to assume that pretty much all the updated star rating pages will have it.
My concern is the SOA. Humana puts it with theirs, but haven't seen any updates from other carriers. In the meantime can just print the notice page, include with SOA's. That can't be out of compliance.

UHC is requiring it with SOA as well. Speaking from experience.
