Not sure if it's available yet in Texas...CIGNA Substandard will take Dementia. Is BCBS GI in Texas?

She's getting a better rate now than she would with The BCBS GI. Cigna Substandard might work. I'll check into the rates, Im just not very familiar with the more lenient underwriting in other states. Thank you!

Yes, the Cigna Substandard plan is available in TX. Has been since June.
