Hope I'm not jinxing myself. But I am new to the insurance field and am working for an awesome insurance brokerage company...but I am literally doing nothing half the time! I work in the commercial lines department as a CSR. They said everything is pretty slow right now, especially in commercial, but its expected. Is this normal?? I've been trying to be productive by joining free webinars to learn as much as I can. Also working on a quick reference guide for future employees. I'm used to a very fast moving job. But this is like insanely slow! Anyone else deal with this? If so how do you deal with free time? We have a sales team so I never have anything to do with marketing. Thanks!
