Will RN Take TIA 1st Day?

Will RN take TIA (about 1 month ago) 1st day?
Plus, this fellow is 62 and 320 pounds.
From my understanding a TIA is almost like a stroke? But, much milder and no long term issues like sight, limbs drawing, ect.....

RNA and Settlers Silver are two companies that are fine with TIAs. Neither has a height weight chart either.

Most other companies count TIAs the same as a full stroke.

A TIA is also known as a Mini-Stroke.
