Windhaven Agent Commission Claim

I know it's been over a year since the whole Windhaven shut down. But has any agents been successful in claiming their unpaid commission? And if so then how did you do it?

I was trying back then but kept getting the runaround between Florida Dep of Insurance and Winhaven claims. Is it too late to try again?

If not too late then any suggestions? I got a feeling I'll get the runaround again
