Work Place Benefit Consultant

Just wondering, is there a law out there that would suggest that using the title as a "Work Place Voluntary Benefit Consultant" or whatever being against the law or some moral outrage? It seems as though any thing insurance agents to nowadays seems to piss someone off, just curious if there is some group out there that has a so called authority over this line of insurance.

Ask the folks at AFLAC or Colonial.

Just a wag, but it seems a lot safer than calling yourself a financial planner when all you do is figure out ways to sell a life insurance product that doesn't fit the needs of the client.
