Has anyone here worked as a producer for one of the bigger brokers out there such as Hub, Alliant, USI ect.? I'm considering interviewing with USI but I hear their commission splits are low (40n/20r).
I was told that they pretty much do all of the work for you as far as account management, quotes, claims ect. They pretty much just want your network of contacts IMO.
Can anyone share their experience working for one of the big brokers?
