So, if he's paying a VA $300 a week for lead gen, and he gets 30 leads (appointments) out of that, that's $10 a lead, right? 20% of those leads (appointments) have dropped off, so that's $12.50 a lead, right? That's a lot less than $26 - $45 a lead, plus he and VA qualify the leads.

He put on the board $8300 in AP in one week. I don't know what his contract rate is with whom, Mutual of Omaha or Aion, so it's difficult to determine his actual net income from this one week of production. Maybe they discuss it in the video. The video is worth a listen a time or two.

Im about to watch it again now. I also work primarily with Mutual of Omaha. Love their products and underwriting process. Prices are great too. I need to get out of this full time gig Im working now and get over my Fear of doing this on my own from home.
