I am currently on FMLA Leave Of Absence which expires in about a week. My spouse and I have health and dental insurance through my employer. My FMLA is unpaid, and we had to pay the insurance premiums ourselves while I was on leave.
I am not planning on returning to work after my LOA expires and I will let my employer know. I know that I will be qualified to receive coverage under COBRA but would my husband be as well?
