I too have notice that their underwriting has gotten really bad.

For about the past year, World was the "go to" player in Colorado. Now they are the 3rd choice behind Aetna and Humana. Aetna is coming out with new rates Dec 1, we'll see where that goes.

I have become disappointed in World customer service - have run into a few "billing errors" lately. It seems to take forever to get them straightened out. I also read that World in now joining forces with the M.I.B. - everyone will have a search done on them.

I hate the fact A) you can not contract straight thru the co. B) you can have two different agents competing against each other with two different product names with a slight difference in plan design ....and they are an association health plan......
