LOL - well from talking to certain folks - seems like CA an TX have their own worlds and their own State funded programs. But - I guess "normal" was the wrong word choice.

For supplements, depends on the state you are in. In NC, United World by Mutual of Omaha.

Term and Whole Life, depends on the client health, age, and face amount.
