Zoho CRM Configuration

Hello Everyone,

I'm interested to know how those who use ZOHO as their CRM have configured it to meet their insurance needs. Specifically for those using it for P&C.

For any medium size agency, it won't work very well. Most non-insurance specific CRM's don't support P&C requirements.

In general, you will need to download data from carriers, making CRM's not designed to do this a tough place to grow into.

Yes, it will work to start. Well, this and a good way to track actual policies and carriers for your clients. I think you'll quickly find its worth the few bucks a month to make your life easier!!!
