Zoho CRM For Insurance ?

I'm on the hunt for CRM, I just went from "Me" to me and 3 other agents, two doing group health and supplemental and all of a sudden need company wide crm - looked at zoho cause integrated into Google Apps which I use for email/calendar/etc...

Seen YIO - love it but tough cause won't network except on wireless network or wired - need to be able to use anywhere.

Anyone use zoho for ins biz?

I just started using Zoho, after using Salesforce.com for the last several years. I have found that Zoho is easy to configure, and doesn't take up a bunch of time.

Did you custom configure for Insurance?
