HR Transform, which brings human resources professionals and innovators together for a deep dive into how executive level people leaders can bring the future of work into their organizations, recently announced much of its extensive lineup of speakers and sessions for the March 26-28, 2019 event at the MGM Grand Resort in Las Vegas.
HR Transform will include two and a half days of curated content, including hands-on workshops, executive roundtables, interactive Q&A sessions and a series of TED Talk-style presentations from HR leaders. Featured topics include:
- You’ve Got a Conversation Gap on your Hands. Now What?
- The Next Chapter: Shift From HR to EX
- Shifting Our Metrics and Strategy to Purpose: And the Results.
- Talent Wins: A Conversation with CEO and CPO Partners
- The Search for the Grail: How to Build a Training Program that Managers Use
- Innovation Showcase Sessions, featuring a curated selection of HR Tech Startups
Discussions of employee benefits will run across sessions ranging from Talent Acquisition to Culture to Distributed Workforces, according to Samara Jaffe, HR Transform Co-Founder and Executive Director. Featured sessions in this area also include: Parental Inclusion in the Workforce, The Role of Employers in American Healthcare and Insider Insights: How your Providers Manage their Employee Health.
Jaffe notes that numerous wellness and benefits-focused organizations will be in attendance, including League, Sequoia, Collective Health, One Medical, MBL Benefits Consulting, Omada Health, Vitality Group, Oh My Green, Stride, Mercer, Welnys, Maven Clinic and many more.
“HR Transform is the go-to event and community for People leaders and innovators passionate about challenging the status quo, helping one another learn and defining the possibilities for the workplace of the future,” Jaffe said.
The inaugural HR Transform took place last April, bringing together 700 forward thinking HR leaders, investors and innovators creating the solutions transforming the workplace.
“While there is no shortage of ‘HR events,’ HR Transform is a community of senior People leaders, often from hyper-growth venture backed businesses, to learn from one another,” Jaffe said. “We also found HR executives from the Fortune 1000 increasingly excited to engage with that community, and HR Transform may uniquely foster those interactions. In 2019 we will feature more hands-on learning, tailored group technology discovery and curated networking opportunities.
