InsureTech Connect (ITC), the world’s largest network of insurance leaders, and Digital Insurance Agenda (DIA), the leading insurtech and insurance innovation community in Europe, announced this week they are to combine forces.
In doing so, their collaboration creates the largest insurtech and insurance community to date, opening up an array of new benefits for insurance companies, tech leaders, investors and other change agents in the insurance sector—anywhere in the world.
ITC is recognized for creating the largest insurtech event in the world. Since its inception back in 2017, the show has welcomed over 30,000 insurtech, insurance and investment leaders from 100+ countries to its annual events in Las Vegas and Singapore. This year’s ITC Las Vegas event will be held at Mandalay Bay Sept. 20-22.
DIA, founded by digital insurance strategists Roger Peverelli and Reggy de Feniks, is renowned for their cutting-edge insurtech festivals in Barcelona, Amsterdam and Munich, their content-rich digital platforms and compelling approach to connecting the value chain globally.
The combined teams of ITC and DIA, with experts based in the United States, United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Spain and Singapore, offer insurance executives aiming to accelerate digital transformation an unrivaled window to the world, coupled with access to best-in-breed tech providers. Leveraging their global network, primarily though industry-leading events, digital platforms and executive courses, ITC and DIA aim to serve as the strategic partner of ambitious tech providers determined to expand internationally and gain significant scale. This is achieved by helping build and nurture brands, raise awareness for solutions, and generate concrete business leads.
Phill Hirons, Director, EMEA for ITC said, “We’re thrilled to be joining forces with Roger, Reggy and the DIA team. Their expertise and approach to helping accelerate digital transformation and innovation within the insurance industry fits perfectly with our desire to create engaging and compelling content year-round. Teaming up with DIA reconfirms our position as the worldwide market leader and offers our customers an exciting European showcase like no other.”
“Ever since we started DIA, we have been passionate about connecting insurance executives with insurtech leaders, contributing to the adoption of insurtech at scale, resulting in significant top-line and bottom-line impact for insurers,” said Roger Peverelli, Co-founder DIA. “Combining our assets and competences with those of ITC is taking that to a next level.”
Reggy de Feniks, Co-founder, DIA added: “Together with ITC we want to bring new added value to our customers; from start-ups to the big names in tech, from domestic insurers to the large multinational carriers, and from VCs to corporate investment arms. By multiplying our network and by worldwide coverage, we can now serve our partners even better as their strategic counterpart: across continents, across platforms, and across the year.”
InsureTech Connect is part of Clarion Events, which operates over 180 events in 50 countries around the world. In 2022 ITC successfully launched its first event in Asia, and will welcome a record number of attendees to Las Vegas this September.
Digital Insurance Agenda (DIA) is missioned to connect insurance executives with insurtech leaders from all over the globe, to accelerate digital transformation and innovation in insurance. Their signature events in Barcelona, Amsterdam and Munich are renowned for their iconic venues and distinctive festival vibe.
