Is 130% becoming the new norm for FE commissions? Have received several recruiting emails offer that for various carriers. This morning I received one offering 130% for Foresters, Phoenix and Prosperity. Already have UHL at that rate. This is being offered as street with no proof of production or production commitments

Just sign up and be happy. But make sure the product with the 130 is the product you want to sell. Sometime we get misled with a term product for instance and we were thinking FE.

But its a great time to be in insurance!

I am the point where I am satisfied with what I have to offer.. However, it seems more and more companies are offering 130% "street contracts". so you would think the other companies will have to move to that if they want to keep their agents happy.

Some might. Any time one company does something to stand out. It puts pressure on the others to follow the lead or do something different that is attractive. Who was offering those levels?

However, there have been others.. That was just the latest one and I had not deleted it so I could go back and check..

The only one that mentions renewals is Prosperity ... 6.75%
