First....Ive hard a long day, and got an early start tomm, so help here would be MUCH appreciated!! Did someone on here say u can get a person Imm'd coverage with CHF? If so, what carrier...I dont see any.

And UHL doesnt mention specifically CHF, has anyone gotten Imm'd coverage with them with CHF?

I got a male NT, 77, Insulin

Secondly.... who has very loose guidelines with ht/wt requirement for term? I have a place to take this lady here in Calif, but would rather take it to a carrier with EFES & get paid A LOT more!

She's 48, NT, nothing wrong at all, just 2 meds for glaucoma, nothing else. But she's 5'6" & 195. Wants 250k for 30yr...I sold her on $57 already.

Any Help?? Thx & I look forward to replies...G'nite!

Don't know anything off the top of my head for the CHF... As for the term, be careful about taking the biz somewhere else. I think efes *might* have a policy that you need to place all biz generated through their leads with them. I know Securus does. Try to call your upline first thing in the morning and they should help you with the term case. The CHF w/ insulin sounds impossible for immediate coverage. Good luck...

The term case isnt a EFES lead...i wouldnt take their leads elsewhere.

Well if EFES can't help you with it, then I'd just run it through a broker that will handle all the details for you. Pinney Insurance in California is good. Check out their ezlifesales platform. They will get you a quote, then you just fill out a one page online app, and they handle the rest. That way you can get back to selling FE and not have to deal with everything that comes with getting a fully underwritten plan approved.

I think JR Marketing on the forums uses their platform as well.

Genworth and Banner would offer her best class if no other issues. Genworth would be $51.42.

We have a great tool on our agent website where you can put in the build and it returns all the rate classes then will run the quote at the appropriate class for each carrier. It will also determine class for BP. Chol, Tobacco use, driving record. It takes a lot of the guess work out and you don't have to keep all the UW guides handy anymore.

I went with Genworth for the term case, but not sure on the CHF case...ill try UHL I guess. I'll try UHL Deluxe and see if it sticks.
