Seriously? Making a business decision to attend to other end of month issues with my other clients instead of the last minute cases on-exchange is a disservice?

The people that call in are not my clients. I am not removing their only option. They can do it themselves, call the marketplace, or find another agency, simple. They have every option they've had since last October, except me.
