Get a quote from Atlantic Coast Life on their Safe Haven 10 (MYGA). Run the quote for $100K, and look at the account value after 10 years.
Ignore the rates just run the quote.

The product has its negatives, but just run the quote with no riders attached, and one with the "interest only" rider.
