A State Revolt Against ObamaCare Emerges

I have attached an article that seems to say the states can successfully revolt against the exchanges

Is it possible we will be able to continue selling and the exchanges not go into effect in states like Texas

Its called nullification. The states used it quite well in the past. Maybe they should shake the dust off of the 10th amendment.

Without exchanges there are no subsidies.

Without dollars to fund the subsidies, the exchanges become moot.
