Agent organizations have been pleading for updates to agents, just like the ones they've been sending to navigators for the past year. Well, the first one is out...........and it's a repeat of everything we already knew. Except, I didn't know their were spanish webinars now.
BUT, it's a step in the right direction. Right? Glass half full?
BTW, Over 10k agents are already certified for 2015.
