ACA Marketplace Training Issues

Has anyone else had difficulty printing out certificates after completing a course or exam? I see the completed certificate, but when I hit their "print" link, nothing happens. when I right click & try to print as a picture, it prints it without my info. So, I tried to save it - same thing - saves without my information. Then I attempted to e-mail it to myself & it showed up with my information missing again. I sent a note to the training site - but doubt I'll hear back . . . .

Has anyone else experienced this? I'm running Windows 7 with Internet Explorer 8.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Try IE 9 or google to print out. I had no problem on IE 9

I noticed the Calif Exchange recommends using Google Chrome.

I had exactly the same problem. I am running Windows 7 and IE 8 just like you.

Worked fine for me on Chrome.

Probably a compatibility problem with Internet Explorer.

Thank you all. I got it to work with Firefox, since I didn't want to load Google Chrome or upgrade to IE 9 (I have another application that won't work with IE9 - only 8 still . . . .). Thanks for the input - it's appreciated.
