I have been selling Medicare insurance for 7 yrs now. I have been helping family members to alsi get into selling medicare insurance, which in turn, they become my competition. My question is: how could I go about profitting from this, if I get an LLC, can I contract them as 1099 and take some of the commissionand if so, how I would go about doing so. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
