American Continental goes through 89 and doesn't do meds. They do a phone interview. Just based on what you've listed she'd be level(not graded). Non smoker rates are 5k-$105.42 mbd...7.5k-$156.46 mbd...10k-$$207.50 mbd. Smoker rates are 5k-$118.33 mbd...7.5k-$175.83 mbd...10k-233.33 mbd. They just go to 10k at that age.
