I've found a carrier who has strong rates for substandard home risk. However, they don't direct bill the customer/mortgagee. They bill me and I bill the mortgagee. Seems risky but I'm willing to do it on a case by case basis. However, I have never drawn up a bill for a mortgagee or insured before. What are agents using for this? Is there an acord form out there or something?
