what's going on everyone?

might have a stupid question but I've been searching and keep seem to find the answer I am looking for. could just be the way I am wording it but oh well

anyways, I am looking into acquiring my agency license for nationwide production and was wondering if I get that done do the agents that work for the agency also have to be licensed or would they fall under the agencies license?

again I know its a dumb question but figured id ask...

Agents must be licensed by the each state where they will be writing business. Agency licensing requirements vary by state.

Allowing producers to use your drop down without being licensed in that state is a sure fire way to an E& O.
