Hi All,

I'm posting this over in general as it seems a bit more active than the tech side of the forums.

We're building a new agency management software that's actually agency centric where transparency in pricing and business practice while providing an excellent full featured service are our core values. The platform is entirely cloud based, will not sell your data, charge you for your data, hit you with punishing price increases, or charge you hidden fee's. Our goal is to be simple to use, smart yet intuitive, and secure.

I've been reading and researching on these forums but In order to better compile the data I thought I would actually make a post to talk about the issues you guys are facing with your current software. If you're interested please let me know the size of your business, cost of your AMS and any issues you're facing.

Seems like there are some that are using standard client management software and others that are insurance agency specific. I'd be interested how this is working for you and if it was predominantly due to cost or features? It seems if an agency management software were insurance specific, full featured, at a transparent low monthly cost may benefit the industry most.
