2 agents getting licensed. We plan on working together, and have a couple others that may join us later. My question is would it be beneficial to set up an agency licensed that we both go under? Any advise appreciated

What type of products will you sell?
What state are you in? And how many states will you provide insurance in?
Will you hold appointments with insurers? If so what types of insurers? Are they captive agent insurers?
What will your field of expertise be?
Are you two agents both getting your new insurance license?
What does your contract/ business agreement look like between the two parties?
Will you have a business address?
