What, in your opinion, is an insurance agent? What should an agent be doing for their clients? What do you think sets you apart from other agents in your area?

think an agent should work to get their clients in the best possible position. and the thing that sets me apart from other agents is that i will run appointments any time, even in the middle of the night if need be
