I have a few questions to ask and the best responses is needed.
If you are a licensed agent can you right business under another agents number?

If you sign up with a key Broker with United Health Care do you have to have your commisions paid to the agency?

Last but not least if a keybroker does not want to release an agent can you work under somebodies elses license?

THanks for any response

Under florida law if i am not mistake it says you are able to write under somebody license they would have to split the commission .

These are so common questions. Don't sign with a company that refuses to agree to release your contract upon request in writing. Good luck with UHC and leads. If you contact me I can provide you with a bit more specific information with some companies you may find more attractive...what state are you in?

Writing under someone else's number is called ghost writing and if the carrier catches you doing it you'll lose your appointment.

And yes, if you sign under a key broker and choose advances your commission are paid to the broker.
