Joe NamathHello!
As you know, your agent ability to close is one of the most integral determining factors of a successful Medicare Agency. Since we have not come in from being in the trenches and closing policies, we are looking for some potential options at hiring a top agent to train our agents on how to close MA/MAPD calls. Does anyone know of any sources or can make any recommendation/referral on who we may be able to consult with on this matter? Thanks!
Hello!
We are looking for a top agent to help train our current agents on closing MA/MAPD calls. If anyone would be able to make a recommendation or referral this would be great. I have heard there are consultants who help assist your current agents in increasing their close rates. Thanks!
I appreciate your perspective. Our goal is not to introduce gimmicks or high-pressure sales tactics but to ensure our agents are as effective and efficient as possible while maintaining compliance. With all due respect, if your people aren't "closing" perhaps its a lack of education and less than sales experience. If you need a "consultant" in attempt to gimmick people--because for the life of me I can't see why being an helpful resource doesn't sell itself-- then perhaps your approach is all wrong.
IMO we don't need more "sales" type folk in this industry. We need educators. It not only helps the member, but the taxpayer, the insurance companies, the bottom line, and therefore everybody else.
If Namath is too busy these days pitching $ 300 Hearing Aids to Seniors, have the AI platform that wrote your reply above train your proles.I appreciate your perspective. We invest significantly in generating high-quality calls, and it's important that agents can quickly assess eligibility, navigate MARx, and guide beneficiaries through their options without unnecessary delays or inefficiencies. A structured approach helps both the agent and the consumer by ensuring the conversation stays focused and productive.
That said, I recognize that my initial post may not have conveyed this properly. I appreciate the feedback and will refine our approach accordingly.
