American General Life and United States Life are committed to making this change as smooth as possible by providing the information you need about our new third-party administrators ("TPAs").
Fortitude Life & Annuity Solutions, Inc. ("FLAS"), 340 Seven Springs Way, MC 300, Brentwood, Tennessee 37027 and IBM Insurance Solutions, Inc., 500 S. College Ave., Newark, DE 19713, will perform certain administrative services on our behalf and under our direction. Examples of these services include receiving and processing premium payments and claims, completing customer service requests, and processing policy updates. FLAS and IBM Insurance Solutions* are TPAs and are not insurance companies. American General Life or United States Life remain solely responsible for paying covered benefits under your insurance policy.
Please be assured this change will not affect the terms or benefits of your policy. There are no changes to your policy, and no action is needed on your part. All contractual provisions and rights under your policy will remain the same, and your policy will continue to be serviced in the same manner as before.
