anyone think its worth it to use a company like this?

I used one of their services mylossruns.com for a year or so until the carrier paying for it stopped. I don't know how the other services worked but basically what you subscribe to on mylossruns.com is their updated database to all insurance companies claim departments. Unless it has changed since I used it (2-3 years ago) it creates a letter on insureds letter head (using contact info you input) to the attention of the claims department with the address, fax and sometimes email. It even cited state statute regarding requesting loss information which was pretty legit but sometimes intimidating for prospects. It would email the loss run letters to the insured when you were done. Now that I'm thinking about it, I do miss it. I think it was no more than $20ish a month...
