To give some background. We are an agency of 5 agents that went independent recently. We were using Appalachian Underwriters at our old agency and signed up with them when we started. We’ve always had good service from Appalachian but for some reason their service and turn around time has gotten horrible. We use them for standard homeowners and were using them for commercial but after having them take over a week and a half to come back with a restaurant quote and then it was wrong we have completely quit using them for commercial. Now we are having problems with the turn around time on homeowners and figure the writing is on the wall.
Now that ive said all of that does anyone have any suggestions for a great wholesale brokerage that can do standard lines, be competitive, and allow for online entry??? Thanks for any feedback. Also we are in Georgia...
