Americo

I don't know exactly what you mean by dual appointments. So I will say this. I am appointed with Americo and several other Life companies. Americo knows that I am appointed with the other companies and no problem...

Americo does not offer dual appoints and if you are gunning for a higher commission and plan on switiching FMOs there are guidelines for that as well. I may be wrong but if I am remembering correctly if you have written business in the last 6 months then you have to stay at the commission level you are at for either a set time or until production warrents it.

A dual appointment is when you have two writing numbers with a single carrier. It's a great way to test out a new IMO without breaking your existing relationships.

For instance, when I originally switched from my old IMO to Next Generation Financial Group I had existing contracts with...someone, I can't even remember who at this point. I had some loyalty to my old IMO but NGFG seemed like a great gig and I wanted to try them out. So I kept my original contracts in place and got dual appointments under NGFG, giving me a chance to stay with my then-current IMO while trying out a new one at no risk.

Thanks, I did not know that....

Very few, if any, health carriers allow dual AWNs, but several Life carriers do.
