Annuity IMO

Does anyone have suggestions for a good Annuity IMO that offers training and lead programs for a newer Annuity agent?

Im not one to speak from experience, but my family does seminars at the local college, and ones at the office, that seems to be the best way of finding prospects.
As far as an IMO, the one to go to is Insuranceexec. He probably has the most knowledge on that subject here also.
