I have a med sup client desperate to switch to MA after a huge increase

The client would have had to miss an election period in order to use the SEP for any possible applicable disaster declaration.

Look for 5-star plans, CSNP eligibility, or have them call Medicare to see if they'd grant an exceptional circumstance SEP.

All the carriers have the DST sep's listed on our portals. Humana's is on the first page near the bottom. UHC is kinda hidden but searching for it in Jarvis works.

Problem with that is not all carriers will accept all declarations. Best to confirm on specific portal IME
