Any small grp agents here from Arkansas?

What are some good non captive companies an agent may be appointed with in Arkasas that are competitive in the small group maket? If I have a group of 3, would all three be required to be covered?

Colonial has an office in Hot Springs, not all 3 will be required to be covered BUT to receive bonuses, yes all 3 would have to enroll and meet an annual premium, you still will receive commission on all that sign up, even if it is just 1.
