Any State Still Good Place for Ind Health?

I have to say all the doom and gloom on this forum makes me wonder if there is any place where agents feel the market is still working for them. I'm in NH and, so far, we have carriers to sell and they are paying decent commissions. Any other states where the individual business is still going well?

Not NC. Humana is a 0 for most plans (not on exchange), UHC is at 0 as of 1/1/16, Aetna/Coventry is going to 0 on 3/2/16. Our Blue is the only one left paying comp...for now.

Many of the agency owners I have talked to have said 2016 will probably be it for them.

Honestly, this just stinks. I get livid at moments. Just tonight I typed of a damn good letter, after I read over-highly educated editorials online. But, I got it in my briefcase.

Just today, I called into the Marketplace after they did a roll-over from an application completed out back in November. The girl who answered sounded like she was from the ghetto. "ack me kuestions..." not, "Ask me questions."

And then, she hung up on me!

Here is a key note: They record you. So, she wanted me to admit that I never submitted the application. Well, we do printsrns. I have client with me, testifying, and I have prntsrn. Now, tell me I am wrong. Tell me, our app is now changed from 'Completed" to 'Submitted." They changed it. And, they don't like us, for not trusting them. Not happening on my end.
