or any other state where Plan J is a lower premium than plan F know what happens in 2010 ? I callled AARP broker support and was told in uncertain terms that even though Plan J will be sunsetted by CMS in 2010 that those already enrolled will continue in plan J. So my question/comment is this could be a selling point to agents in Florida to get people to take action before end of year.I don't see a downside to making a push since downgrading a med supp to a lower benefit level within the same company dosen't require underwritting in the event that plan J premiums rise more others.
