That included fishing? Just for grins what was the best trip you went on or heard about. I heard Foresters has one going to Paris and MOO has one in effect for Hawaii. Resorts sound good but who goes fishing?

An Alaska fishing incentive trip sounds good. Doormat Halibut. Fried, not baked. Well maybe some baked.

I went on an Alaskan cruise with ForeThought that included about 40-optional full day excursions at extra cost. You could spend a full day fishing, hunting, dog sledding, snowmobiling, etc. I'm not that adventurous so I took the helicopter tour out to a glacier.

That Alaskan cruise was definitely one of the best award trips I've been on and I've been on plenty. Leaving on another one to Jamaica this week.

That's why I prefer the "cash out" option....while all the nerdy insurance guys are singing kumbaya at the company function

Do any of you guys consider the trips when choosing which carrier to use or is it just a byproduct from using the carrier anyway?

Never mind. Found answers in another post.

Won 4 trips to Hawaii in 5 years. All expenses paid for my wife and I. Also recieved big envelopes full of cash on arrival at 5 star resorts. Also, free rental cars on each trip and 4 different islands. Was a career agent with Physicians Mutual in early 90's.

I was curious, if I have an individual agent ID but also have an ID for my business, do the companies combine that production for trips or other contests?

I had a corp. and individual number. But only one of the id's would work. I would think that most would use the writing Id. Unless you had a ga contract or the like.
Trips seem to be a thing of the past for many. Moo has trips as does Aetna. But you will have to write a boatload of business to qualify

I have been in business for some time and had the opportunity to go to many exotic places. (And all paid by companies). Now most seem to just give more commissions payout and forego those trips
