Anyone go through Integrated Benefits?

I have been with Integrated Benefits for a long time and have several of my main carriers through them. I have always found them to be very supportive and actually they have gone over and above what most of the other FMO's have done. Just thought I would share my personal experience.

Unless they are on our list, you are good to go.

Always remember to get a signed up front release before sending in any contracts.

i like them they offer on phone support if you have questions on products they're very current but no online training or inhouse leads program am with them for some products.I give them 4 out of 10 for support.10/10 for availability and relationship they have not offered any advice on the cms rules so far. If you are a new agent you wont get suport to increase your productivity.try messer financial website you'll see different products training cheap leads and door openers for MA appts an other products.I might be wrong but I feel they have a lot of agents nationwide and if you can produce 4 policys or apps per month they're happy.

Is it just me or are they really horrible in terms of agent support?

Mariemerganser,

I'm truly apologize that you received bad support from my office. I have internal meetings, on almost a daily basis, to look at ways of perfecting our agent support system. We have 28 employees dedicated to supporting agents in the Senior Market and I feel agent support is a major competitive advantage for us.

With that said, I realize that sometimes we drop the ball. I want to fix that for you and make sure it doesn't happen to any other agents we serve. Please contact me directly (1-800-962-4693 ext. 208).

This post may be nearly a year old, but I have no complaints what so ever with Messer. Messer offers above street level starting contracts, they do offer weekly trainning if needed.
