Anyone Handle Public Entities/ Municipalities?

It is a long sales cycle. Meeting after meeting and lots politicking. Taking people to lunch, dinners, breakfast meetings, political functions. Can be lucrative if you sell any, but you may have to work a small city for years before you make headway. Also you can be at the mercy of small town politics, new mayor or city council may have friends in the biz and they can toss you out.
