I guess that is a pretty broad request. When I was researching franchises, I got to speak to a few franchisee owners, not insurance franchises, and they were able to provide me with their business plans, that actually outlined, where they were planning to advertise, how much they were going to spend etc ...
They also outlined time spent doing activities. Similar to the 20 points post above, but much more detailed.
