Anyone Listening to the Anthem California Exchange Conference Call?

Just curious what your impression is about the call.

What a joke...they kept answering the same questions over and over again during the Q&A section. My question is how in the hell are agents suppose to be up to speed on all the many rules if they choose to participate in the Exchange? We are less than a year out.

I did notice Anthem's brief mention on how SHOP navigators will be able to directly enroll people with a carrier (like we didn't know that). What do you bet the carriers in the SHOP exchange will put a lot of resources behind that process?

Waste of time. The only health I sell is Medicare but the number 1 question I have had asked of me in the last 18 months is about these exchanges and how they work. Just wanted to glean some info so I can bring some value to the table. I should have just downloaded the slides and hit the driving range.
