How will non resident appointments be treated in state's with exchange's? The same as now?

That would be my guess. I don't see it changing licenses unless you are required to take training like you do for Medicare Care Advantage but then that comes through the carriers.

State-specific exchange certification training for agents has yet to be formalized. In CA (at least) they may require a formal class versus online training for agents.
