Had a couple of phone calls today from two different clients. The first guy broke his back and said the insurance company wouldn't pay for his back surgery only a back brace and pain pills. The other guy with a different company said they wouldn't pay for his $ 500 a month prescription due the new health care changes. Is this the new health care "change we can believe in" ?

Did you sell Limited Benefit plans to these two clients? Even Mega Life would pay a portion of the back surgery for a broken back? Perhaps this client just has a "sprained" back.
