I believe Great American had an FPIA a few years back but I'm not sure if they still do. It required $50/month contributions; cant remember the caps. Anyone heard of any other carriers with this product?

Thanks...

Yes Great American through Annuity Investors has the Flexmax 7 year product and Flexmax plus 14 year I believe products $50 Minimums

Lafayette Life has the Marquis Centennial series 3,5,7,10 $1000 minimum or $84/month eft until $1000

There are other carriers but I've tended to use the above 2 carriers.

Caps, Spreads or Participation Rates change constantly.

LFG's OptiPoint series is a flex premium IA. It also has a performance triggered account which is a very nice crediting option.

North American and American Equity are good choices. I know AMEQ's minimum is $50 for additional premiums. Need $5,000 to start, though.
