I am having a hard time finding a life carrier who will issue on someone with Aspergers. Short of a graded db plan, anyone have a suggestion?

What kind of product are you looking for? Wl, UL, Term? How much coverage, how old etc

Have you looked at any FE companies like Foresters or Transamerica.... Most Aspergers is treated with Anxiety, Hypertension and mild depression meds combined with psychotherapy and would be level coverage with their FE Plans.
I would call them and do a risk assessment.
I only had one client with it and we were able to issue a Term plan $1m for a Buy-Sell. That was 10 years ago.... I would have to look up the carrier but most of the interesting cases went to Prudential back then for me.

We had a decline from MWA. MOO and UCT wont touch it. Somewhat puzzled as she is not on meds regarding this. The fact that she has a POA to assist with financial decisions knocked her out. Scratching my head???
Those companies are always tough on underwriting. You need more liberal companies to look at this.... contact me and I will have my companies do a risk assessment for you.
Settlers Silver doesn't ask about mental issues on ages over 25. Might could even qualify for Gold.
Does ask about, "assistance with activities of daily living such as
bathing, dressing, eating, taking medications, toileting or moving about?" but wouldn't think the POA would be included in that category.

Go with SNL. Shouldn't be a problem at all. 1st day coverage. I had a 40 year old with mild autism, fly right through. I called underwriting before just to double check it. Level benefit and priced right

Settlers would require a POS, SNL would not if that is a consideration.

And the price between SNL and settlers gold is negligible on NT.
