Assistance Across the Boarders?

Hello there, I am fairly new to the board, and thought this might be the quickest way to get an accurate answer. By going onto Healthcare.gov, would I be able to sell a plan and receive credit for it if I sell a plan to someone in a state that I am not licensed in?
